Our Beliefs
THE BIBLE
Our ministry is rooted in the belief that the Bible is the inspired Word of God and that salvation is a gift bestowed upon us through faith in Jesus Christ. We are committed to living out our faith by striving for a life of holiness and serving as witnesses to our beliefs. The Bible serves as our guide, as it is God's message to humanity, penned by human authors under the divine influence of the Holy Spirit. It is the ultimate source of truth for Christian doctrine and daily living. As it is divinely inspired, the Bible is inerrant.
(1 Thessalonians 2:13; 2 Timothy 3:15-17)
GOD
We believe God is the Creator and Sovereign of the universe. He has eternally existed in three distinct personalities: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. These three are coequal and together form the one God.
(Matthew 28:19; John 10:30; Ephesians 4:4-6)
JESUS CHRIST
Jesus Christ is acknowledged as the Son of God, equal with the Father and the Holy Spirit. He came to earth in human form, conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of a virgin. Living a perfect life as both God and man, Jesus willingly gave Himself as the ultimate sacrifice for the sins of all people by dying on the cross. Rising from the dead after three days, He demonstrated His victory over sin and death. Jesus ascended to Heaven and will one day return to establish His kingdom on earth in power and glory.
(Matthew 1:23; John 1:1-4 and 1:29; Acts 1:11 and 2:22-24; Romans 8:34; 1 Corinthians 15:3-4;
2 Corinthians 5:21; Philippians 2:5-11; Hebrews 1:1-4 and 4:15)

REGENERATION & BAPTISM IN THE HOLY SPIRIT
We firmly believe that the regeneration of the Holy Spirit is crucial for the redemption of lost and sinful individuals. Upon establishing a relationship with Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit takes residence within the believer at the moment of salvation. Additionally, we uphold the belief in the baptism of the Holy Spirit as a scriptural experience that occurs subsequent to salvation.
(Luke 24:46-47; John 14:6; Acts 2:1-4; 4:12; 8:14-17; 10:44-46; Romans 3:23; 2 Corinthians 5:10-11;
Galatians 3:14-15; Ephesians 1:7 and 2:8-9; Titus 3:4-7)
SALVATION
We believe in order to receive forgiveness and experience a "new birth," it is essential to believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and submit to His will for our lives. We firmly hold the belief that salvation comes through grace by placing our faith in Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior. Attempting to atone for our sins through self-improvement or good works is futile. True salvation can only be attained by placing our trust in Jesus Christ and accepting His offer of forgiveness. By turning away from a life governed by our own desires and embracing Jesus in faith, we are granted salvation. The journey towards eternal life commences the moment we welcome Jesus Christ into our hearts through faith.
(John 1:2, 3:16 14:6; Acts 16:31; Romans 5:1, 6:23, 10:9-10; Hebrews 9:22; Galatians 2:16; 3:18, 3:26;
Ephesians 2:8-9; Titus 3:5)

GIFTS OF THE HOLY SPIRIT
We firmly believe that the Holy Spirit manifests in our lives through a diverse array of spiritual gifts, which serve to edify and sanctify the Church, authenticate the reality of the resurrection, and affirm the authority of the Gospel. While the Bible provides a list of these gifts, it is important to note that this list is not exhaustive, and these gifts may manifest in various combinations. Every believer possesses a unique combination of these gifts that operate in their daily lives. Additionally, believers who have been baptized in the Holy Spirit may have access to all these gifts as the need arises in their environment. It is crucial to emphasize that these gifts must always align with the teachings of Scripture and should never be utilized in a manner that contradicts Biblical principles.
(Hebrews 2:4; Romans 1:11, Romans 12:4-8; Ephesians 4:16; 1 Timothy 4:14; 1 Timothy 1:6-7; 1 Corinthians 12;
1 Corinthians 14)

RESURRECTION
We declare our faith in the physical resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead in a glorified body, taking place three days after His crucifixion on the Cross. This significant event is the cornerstone of our belief, showcasing the strength and triumph of Christ over death. Additionally, we are firm in our belief that both the saved and the unsaved will undergo resurrection. Those who have embraced Christ as their Savior will be resurrected to eternal life in His presence. Conversely, those who have turned away from Him will confront a resurrection leading to eternal separation from God. This conviction emphasizes the significance of our faith in Christ and the everlasting consequences of our decisions.
(Luke 24:15-16, 36, 39; John 2:19-21; John 20:26-28; John 21:4; Acts 24:15; 1 Corinthians
15:42, 44; Philippians 1:21-23; Philippians 3:21; Revelation 20:11-15)

THE CHURCH
We firmly believe that the church is the Body of Christ, serving as the dwelling place of God through the Spirit, and is equipped with divine appointments to carry out Jesus' Great Commission. Each individual who is born of the Spirit plays a vital role within the church as a member of the community of believers. It is essential to recognize the spiritual unity that binds all believers together in our shared faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.
(Ephesians 1:22, Ephesians 2:19-22; Hebrews 12:23; John 17:11, 20-23)

MARRIAGE
We firmly believe that Christian marriage serves as a symbolic representation of Christ's relationship with His Church. Throughout the pages of Scripture, we find that marriages which are honored by God have always been between one man and one woman. It is God who ordained marriage, establishing it as a sacred covenant between a man and a woman, uniting them as one. This covenant demands faithfulness, love, and mutual support from both parties for as long as they both shall live.
(Genesis 1:26-28, 2:22, 24; Hebrews 13:4; Ephesians 5:21-33; Malachi 2:15)
WATER BAPTISM
We believe in the practice of baptism by fully immersing an individual in water. While baptism is not a requirement for salvation, it is a voluntary decision made to honor Jesus' command and emulate His actions. We also encourage everyone who has accepted Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior participate in water baptism. Our baptisms are conducted in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
(Matthew 3:13-17; 28;19; Acts 2:34-36; 19:1-6)
